- The waste explicitly destined for laboratory analysis (Article 3 (4) of Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006) to assess either its physical or chemical characteristics or to determine its suitability for recovery or disposal operations shall not be subject to the procedure of prior written notification and consent. Chemicals (REACH)

Persistent pollutants (POPs)
